Google

It seems that whenever I try to go to the Google website over here (the great search site), it automatically redirects me to the local Google website for the country I'm in. This is fine, except that it's in the local language as well... =)

Any thoughts on how to get the good ol'American Google page to load?

You might be able to bypass the redirect by using the primary IP instead of the URL, try:
http://72.14.207.99/

If that don't work, then just change the language preference from the selection located on the end of the search field. It should be the middle link. Then select english from the drop box on the next page. Once you save the preferences (link in upper right corner) it should change to English. Of course you may have to do that every time you log in.

Hey D, thanks for the tip! I changed the preferences just like you said, and now it's working fine.
